Associate Judge at Dover Downs. I have worked as a judge (at Dover often ) since I was 22 ,42 years ago , where did the time go? Once again full time and back in the saddle . In my spare time I host a community radio program called In Touch with Delmara. It airs on 6 Delmarva Broadcasting Stations and at times I work Harness racing into the program .
