ROAP will conduct an online continuing education seminar for accredited officials beginning this fall typically around October 1. The online CE will consist of segments to be completed at your leisure and a webinar which will be scheduled in December. The online CE is only available to those who have completed an in-person CE for the last session. Back to back online CE registrations is not permitted unless you are working overseas. Cost of the course is $80, payable through the link below or check/money order. More details to follow.

The Delaware Thoroughbred Racing Commission has scheduled a ROAP Continuing Education class (16 credit hours) on Monday, April 15 and Tuesday, April 16, 2019 at Delaware Park. 

Registration Fee is $140 and covers food, beverage, and service fees. Payments in the form of check or money-order must be made payable to Delaware Park Race Track and returned with a completed registration form to John F. Wayne at the address below. Payment and completed form must be received by the DTRC office no later than March 13, 2019. Agenda is below.

Only racing officials that have successfully completed the full 60-hour ROAP school are eligible to attend unless permission is granted otherwise. All racing officials that wish to amintain their accredited status must attend and complete 16 hours of CE every two years.

The Delaware Thoroughbred Racing Commission will host a 16 hour continuing education seminar on April 3-4, 2017 at Delaware Park. The registration sheet (AVAILABLE HERE) must be filled out and returned with the $135.00 (payable to Delaware Park Race Track) registration fee to John F. Wayne, DTRC, 777 Delaware Park Blvd., Wilmington, DE 19804 by March 10. After March 10, the regstiration fee will increase to $160.00.
