New Mexico Racing Commission State Steward. Duties included enforcement of all rules and regulations of the New Mexico Racing Commission as well as the State of New Mexico in regard to all horse racing matters. Adjudicate decisions regarding rule infractions. Preside over hearings as well as issuing rulings on racing matters. Approve scratches for “in today horses”. Preside at drawing of entries. Monitor and judge all races ran on the card each race day.
