Regular steward duties in addition to overseeing training operations and daily stable area activities, enforce medication regulations, establishing protocols for stable area safety measures. Responsible for giving trainer (asst Trainer)written exam. Conducting routine barn and vehicle inspections with Commission investigators.

Trainer, owner raced on East Coast. Florida, Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Jersey. Also raced in Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky and West Virginia.

Officiate the running of the race, observing for compliance with state laws and commission rules and issue appropriate rulings if needed; interpret and enforce commission laws and rules; work in conjunction with Commission Security to investigate potential rule violations outside of the Stewards stand. Function as a member of the three person quasi-judicial panel by conducting hearings on alleged rule violations, hear testimony and evidence on the allegations, deliberate on the matter in question, and determine the appropriate sanctions.

Administrator Delaware Jockey Health and Welfare Fund. Oversee occupational and personal health benefits of jockeys.

I trained, drove, owned, and bred harness horses at approximately 25 total US and International racetracks from 1989 through 2017. I represented the US in the Elitelopp in Sweden and in the Oslow Grand Prix in Norway in 2015 with a horse I purchased in 2014, Wind Of The North.

Exercise rider from summers 1985-1988. Full time exercise rider from January 1988-2006. Jockey off & on from September 1990-2006. 2007 went to Louisiana exercise rider from 2007-to present still currently galloping. Rode races off & on thru February 2018. Evangeline downs/Delta Downs.
