In the mornings, I was a Hotwalker for Leonard Powell. When I finished up the morning, I would head over to the front side to do Customer Service. Some days, I would work an escalator. Other days, I would work a lounge where all the winning connections come after each race. In customer service, I was moved in different areas wherever they needed help that day.
