Enforced rules/regulations and laws for the State of Colorado, observed live racing reviewed replays for andy and all inquiries, objections etc. Involved in hearings for many different violations, issued rulings, reviewed films with riders for infractions, issued days and fines. Observed the draws for the racing card, scrathches, stewards list and general racing office issues. Held oral and interviews for trainers test, gave written tests and graded them approved/denied licenses.
