Be in charge of and inspect the digital and paper registration certificates and racing permits for horses stabling and racing at the track.
Proper identification of each horse scheduled to race at the track.
Examine every starter in the paddock for sex, color, markings, lip tattoo, microchip, freeze brand or other identification method to verify horse's identity.
