Class Description:
The Delaware Thoroughbred Racing Commission will host a 16 hour continuing education seminar on April 3-4, 2017 at Delaware Park. The registration sheet (AVAILABLE HERE) must be filled out and returned with the $135.00 (payable to Delaware Park Race Track) registration fee to John F. Wayne, DTRC, 777 Delaware Park Blvd., Wilmington, DE 19804 by March 10. After March 10, the regstiration fee will increase to $160.00.
