Class Description:

The 2019 annual ARCI conference will be held April 2-5 in Arcadia, California, USA. All racing regulatory policymakers and staff are strongly encouraged to attend and participate. This is the only conference of its kind that will be held this year and is specifically designed to provide training, information, and meaningful debate concerning issues that will come before each and every racing regulatory entity. Major racing industry organizations participate in this meeting and contribute to the overall dialogue.

For more information and/or to register/buy tickets, please visit the ARCI website at: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/2019-arci-racing-integrity-and-animal-welfare-conference-and-training-tickets-54755950522

The agenda is below. The conference is a mix of continuing education/training as well as collective policy development for a sport reliant on a multi-jurisdictional audience participating in simulcast wagering. The National (Licensing) Racing Compact, the newly formed Medication Compact, and the Association of Official Racing Chemists meet concurrently at this event and the work they each do is important to the entire sport.
